Why are additional documents needed? How do I attach additional documents?

As we process your application, we might ask for additional information or supporting documents. You might receive an email from notification@caary.com asking you to sign in at https://application.caary.com/ and upload the documents. 

Once you sign in, you will be prompted to click "Submit Documents".

Next, you will be asked to do one or more of the following: 

1. Re-attempt bank connection 

If your first attempt to connect your business bank account failed, you might be asked to try again. Search for your financial institution and sign in to establish a connection.

2. Submit bank statements

A bank connection is not possible for all applicants. If you are unable to connect your bank account, we will request six months of bank statements.  

3. Submit documents for ID verification

During your application, a photo of your ID is taken to verify your identity. If the photo is blurry or does not meet existing criteria (i.e., a valid driver's license or passport), you will be asked to re-submit. 

4. Submit Articles of Incorporation 

To verify ownership of your company, you might be asked to submit a copy of your company's Certificate of Incorporation and/or Articles of Incorporation.

5. Income tax returns

You might be asked to upload your business' most recent T2 file.

Once you've submitted all the required documents, your application is complete and you'll receive an update from Caary within a few business days. If you have any questions, please reach out to support@caary.com
