How do I remove a user?

Before you get started, note that removing a user with active cards will close all cards issued to that user.

To remove a user:

  1. Log in to the admin portal and select “Users” from the left-hand menu.
  2. Scroll to find the user you want to remove or type their name in "Search Users". Note that you can’t remove users who are also admins.
  3. Click the drop-down arrow and click "Remove User".

  4. Click “Okay” to confirm
  5. Enter the first and last name of the user and click "Okay". The user is now removed.
