As a cardmember, you can select a PIN for your physical card as soon as it's issued, before the card is mailed to you. You have until midnight ET the same day the card is issued to select a PIN. If you don't select a PIN, one will be randomly generated for you.
1. Log in to the Caary mobile app using the email address the card was issued to.
2. Select the card icon from the bottom menu.
3. Select the card whose PIN you want to set. The card will have a PIN pad icon next to it if you haven't set your PIN yet.
4. Click Set PIN.
5. Enter your desired 4-digit PIN twice to make sure it matches. Click Submit.
6. Success! You'll see a message confirming your PIN has been set. Your card will arrive in the mail within 10 business days with your PIN programmed to the card. Once you receive your card, follow these steps to activate it.
