Can I make ATM withdrawals or cash advances on my Caary cards? How does it work?

Yes, you can make ATM withdrawals or cash advances using your physical Caary cards. Scroll down for instructions on viewing your cash advance limit. Please note the following:

1. Every time you use an ATM machine to withdraw cash, you might be charged a service fee by the financial institution that owns the ATM (usually around $3.00 - you will see the fee added to your withdrawal statement).
2. ATM withdrawals or cash advances accrue interest from the time of withdrawal. An interest rate of 22.99% APR will be applied. For more information, please log into the admin portal and go to Settings -> Agreements -> Statement of Rates and Fees.
3. You will not earn cashback rewards on any ATM withdrawals or cash advances.
4. If you would like to disable ATM withdrawals or cash advances for any physical Caary card(s) on your account, click here for instructions. 

Here's how to view your cash advance limit from the admin portal. Scroll down for mobile app instructions.

1. Log into the admin portal. Click "Account Details" from the top right of the Home dashboard.

2. Your Cash Advance Limit is listed under Account Information. 

To view your cash advance limit from the mobile app:

1. Log into your Caary mobile app. Select "Settings" from the bottom menu (the three dots), then click Account. 

2. Your Cash Advance Limit is listed under Account Details.
