How do I order a replacement card?

You can order a replacement card for any lost or damaged physical card that is activated. If the card was never activated, simply cancel the card and issue a new one

For virtual cards, there's no need to order a replacement card. Simply cancel the card and issue a new one

To order a replacement card:

1. Log in to the admin portal and select the Cards dashboard from the left-hand menu.

2. Find the card you want to replace, click the drop down arrow, and select "Manage Card."

3. Select either "Lost Card" or "Damaged Card." Click "Confirm" to cancel the existing card and issue a replacement card. All set! You'll receive your replacement card in the mail in 7-10 business days. 

Please note that your replacement card will have the same 16-digit card number but a different expiry date and CVV code. Don't forget to update your card details with any merchants that have the card on file.
