I just paid my statement, why did my transaction decline?

If you or your admin recently paid your statement, there are two possible reasons for a transaction decline:

  1. Your payment is still processing. It can take up to 48 hours for a payment to be applied to your account. We recommend waiting before making a transaction to avoid a decline.
  2. You reached the spend limit on your card. Paying your statement does not reset your spend limit. If you’re an admin, you can edit spend limits in the admin portal. If you’re a cardmember, reach out to your admin about increasing or disabling the spend limit on your card.
